Larry Gustavus passed away early Tuesday morning. Larry began attending New Beginnings (formerly United Free Will Baptist Church) over 40 years ago and was ordained as a deacon in 1992. He served New Beginnings in just about every conceivable capacity: clerk, maintenance, Sunday school teacher, deacon, and friend. He will be sorely missed.
There will be a visitation on Friday evening, March 23, from 6:00-8:00 at Hillier Funeral Home, 2301 East 29th Street in Bryan. The service will be Saturday, March 24, at 1:00in the chapel at Hillier Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bryan City Cemetery. After the burial, there will will be a time of refreshment and fellowship at New Beginnings, 3131 East 29th Street, Building E, in Bryan.
