We are pleased to announce details of the 2018 annual meeting of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists.
The 104th Annual Session of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists will be meeting June 6-8, 2018, at the Pine Prairie FWB Church in Huntsville. Board meetings will begin on Wednesday morning June 6, and the formal opening of the Annual Session will begin with the Wednesday evening worship service. Our keynote and conference speaker will be Dr. Eddie Moody, pastor of Tippett’s Chapel FWB Church in Clayton, NC.
We have made arrangements for lodging at two local hotels, located about 8 miles from the church along I-45. Each one has a small number of rooms temporarily blocked at a reduced rate; to make reservations, please see the information below. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make plans now to join us.

As in years past, pre-registration is available and encouraged for all attendees. You may register using one of the registration forms sent to your church, mailing it to the State Office, or you may register online at www.texasfwb.org. We ask that you submit your pre-registration by May 15 in order to have your information compiled prior to the meeting. Onsite registration will also be available, but you are encouraged to pre-register if you know that you will attend. Pre-registration helps us to keep records more efficiently, and pre-registered attendees will have a pre-made nametag at the registration table.
Request for Directory Changes
If your church or district has had any directory changes since last year’s State Meeting (new pastor, address, area code or phone number, e-mail address, website, etc.), please send your new information to Clerk Doug Dickey as soon as possible so that we can update the directory for the 2018 Yearbook. If you’re unsure whether your information is correct, consult your 2017 Yearbook or check the online Churches and Pastors directory at the www.texasfwb.org website.
