State Meeting Hotel Information

Hi everyone,



We’ll have a more formal release of information for the State Meeting with the program, registration, and other usual items soon, but we wanted to get the hotel information out to you so that you can start making reservations for this year’s meeting at Connect Church in Woodforest.



We have made arrangements for group rates at two hotels for this year’s meeting: LaQuinta and Crowne Plaza.

LaQuinta has the following discounted rates for June 6-9:
King Rooms: $109.00 per room per night

Double Queens: $119.00 per room per night


To make reservations, call the hotel front desk at (281)259-1757 ext 8, mentioning you are part of the Texas Free Fill Baptist Block, to make your own reservation. The reservation deadline is May 7. After that, the block will not be guaranteed; you can still make reservations with the contracted discounted rate until 3 days before arrival if rooms are available. Any reservations made must be held with a valid credit or debit card that will be officially charged after check-in day of arrival. We do not hold rooms with promises of cash nor accept checks.


Crowne Plaza is setting aside a block for us at $109 per night. It’s the furthest away from the church but it is convenient to the Woodlands Mall and restaurants. Reservations for the rate of $109 need to be made by May 6, similar to the terms at LaQuinta. You can make reservations at Crowne Plaza using their website, linked below:
