“A few weeks ago Verticle Three let us know that all entries will be allowed to go straight to Nationals since none of us can hold a State Competition. The Texas CE Board is still responsible for sending these entries to the National office. Please scan and email me, mtvoltz@consolidated.net, or snail mail me, 822 Weeping Willow Way, Magnolia, TX 77354 all entries from your church for competition that will be held in Oklahoma in July 2020. Make sure to send a check made out to Texas CE Board with the required fees. I need to receive these entries and checks by May 1, 2020 in order for me to process and send on to the National office. If I do not receive your entries by May 1 and I do not hear from you via email that you are sending them, I will assume none will be coming from your church and go ahead with sending in the ones I have received.
