This is a “save the date” message for the upcoming 2020 TSAFWB All Boards Meeting, currently scheduled for Thursday-Saturday, January 30-February 1, 2020 at Fellowship FWB Church in Bryan. If this date is a significant conflict for any of our boards (or any quarterly District meetings), please let me know as soon as possible, so that we can reschedule if needed.
Also, if any of our boards have events already tentatively scheduled for the calendar year 2020 (e.g., camps, retreats, conferences, etc.), please let me know as soon as possible, so that we can get the word out to our churches and boards (either by e-mail or through the Challenge, or both) as they are planning their own 2020 calendar of activities, and we can try to minimize conflicts.
