2026 Texas State Meeting

The 112th Annual Session of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists will meet Thursday and Friday, June 4-5, 2026, at Lakehills Legacy Church (formerly Lakehills Free Will Baptist Church) of Cedar Park.

The General Board will meet at 1:30 PM on Thursday, June 4, and the formal opening of the Annual Session will begin with the Thursday evening worship service at 7:00 PM. Our keynote and conference speaker will Dr. Eddie Moody, Executive Director of the National Association of Free Will Baptists. Also speaking during the Ministry Conference on Friday afternoon will be Don Matchett (Director of Development, IM) and Dennis Teague (IM, Missionary to France). The meeting schedule for the Annual Session will be posted soon for worship services and business meetings. You can get directions to the host church HERE.

There are two hotel options for this year’s session. There is a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park Austin and at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin North/Lakeline. The hotels are next door to one another and share an address. They are located at 13501 Lyndhurst Street, Austin, Texas 78717. Both King and Queen/Queen rooms are available for $102 per night plus tax. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking are complimentary. This rate will be available up to three days before and after the meeting. Make your reservations online at the links above or by calling the hotel directly before May 8 to take advantage of the reduced rate.

As in years past, we will make pre-registration available to all attendees. You may register online or you may register using one of the “snail mail” registration forms and mailing it or e-mailing it to the State Office. Those registration forms will be available at texasfwb.org and texaschallenge.net when they are available. All pre-registration must be completed by May 15 in order to have your information compiled prior to the meeting. Onsite registration will also be available, but you are encouraged to pre-register if you know that you will attend. Pre-registration helps us to keep records more efficiently, and pre-registered attendees will have a pre-made nametag and a welcome gift at the registration table.

Please make plans now to join us, and feel free to contact the state office at FWBTexasChallenge@gmail.com if you have any questions.
